dma.space is located in Capitol Hill, which is Seattle's most bustling nightlife area. Naturally, you can expect to find almost every single type of food around here.

## Foods

Below are some options sorted by walkable distance (🌱 = vegetarian options available, 🌾 = gluten free options available):

- [Dave's Hot Chicken](https://maps.app.goo.gl/QNqHRkbb6PTAeHz97) is a very popular choice for dma.space members, since it closes at 2AM (or 4AM on Fridays and Saturdays). This place has no vegetarian options.
- [Momiji](https://maps.app.goo.gl/1yJE5oa2sL5jwnE9A) 🌱🌾is sushi and across the street! Open 4-11p (midnight on Friday/Saturday). Somewhat expensive. 
- [Bai Tong Thai](https://maps.app.goo.gl/ygXeQxo5ebqRnmeU9) 🌱 is right by the corner and serves Thai foods. They close at 9:30PM on weekdays and 10:30PM on weekends.
- [Xóm](https://maps.app.goo.gl/cgXNRFNVubD2ew437) 🌱 is a block away from the space and serves (certifiably really good) Vietnamese foods. They close at 9PM on most days and 11PM on some.
- [Big Mario's Pizza](https://maps.app.goo.gl/cBnJxW25SkB13Nbq7) 🌱 is a pizza joint around the corner. They also close at 2AM but is a bit further of a walk.
- [Burritos California](https://maps.app.goo.gl/nAm1spKuKHSviqth7) opens 24/7 (with some exceptions on late nights/early mornings past 2AM for cleaning and stocking.)
- [Katsu Burger](https://maps.app.goo.gl/E2K1RZpdnzEgww849) 🌱 serves Japanese-American fusion burgers with katsu-fried patties. They close at 10PM on most days except for Sunday (9PM instead).
- [Seoul Mates](https://seoulmates.us/) serves Korean soul foods, such as rice bowls. They open fairly late.
- [Dingfelder's](https://maps.app.goo.gl/X2By2Km8sphU5iGF7). Two blocks east on the corner of Pine & 14th. A nice Brooklyn-style Kosher deli. Pricey. Open 7am-7pm/-9pm on Friday and Saturday.
- [Pelicana](https://maps.app.goo.gl/nLXQpXn92MS5GXbP9) serves Korean fried chicken. They're a few blocks away from the space. This place closes at 12AM on most days (but the kitchen stops serving at 11:15PM) and 2AM on some days.
- [Paparepas Venezuelan Food](https://maps.app.goo.gl/E86ytkp3dhs9Cb7v7) 🌱🌾is just past [Cal Anderson Park](/space/nearby/cal-anderson-park). Arepas and various Venezuelan sides. 
- [Carmelo's](https://maps.app.goo.gl/5x2bLynfJNfKuyRAA)🌱🌾 have the second best tacos in Seattle. Handmade tortillas, good burritos. 
- [Dick's Drive-In](https://maps.app.goo.gl/aHNBtUWJrLrYarEj6) is a popular Seattle local burger fast-food place that closes at 2AM. It's somewhat far from the space, at the other end of [Cal Anderson Park](/space/nearby/cal-anderson-park) closer to the Capitol Hill station. It's a decent snack stop on the way in off the train!
- [Taco's Chukis](https://maps.app.goo.gl/8ysoNhyeWoYUcnZL7) 🌱🌾have the best tacos in Seattle (that aren't served out of a car in a home depot parking lot). Open until 10.

On most days but particularly Friday nights, you'll find lots of street food vendors around the area as well. Feel free to walk around and discover!

- [Overcast Coffee](https://maps.app.goo.gl/HPUmekNpCZAmn1Q69) is our neighbor! They serve yummy lattes. Closes at 6PM on weekdays and 5PM on weekends.
- [Gong cha](https://maps.app.goo.gl/u4sDhcz1znceZW238) is right down the street from the space. They serve boba until quite late (often 12AM or 2AM).

## Convenience Stores
- [Walgreen's](https://maps.app.goo.gl/udpGS7XFYD8fDpAU6). Three blocks west down Pine Street towards Cal Anderson Park, at the corner of Pine and Broadway, open 7am-9pm. (Pharmacy closes 7pm, 6pm on weekends.)
- [M2M Mart](https://maps.app.goo.gl/NLg1rZ4HtDesht2k6), next to the Capitol Hill station, across from Dick's Drive-In, open 9am-10pm.
- [Neighborhood Market](https://maps.app.goo.gl/epj4Tbu9WoSGBua46), same block as above, open 6:30am-2am.
- [76](https://maps.app.goo.gl/Cme3zidc8U4JdxU29) three blocks west on the corner of Pike Street and Broadway, open 24/7. Somewhat overpriced, and there's not a lot of selection, but if everything else is closed, this is there.
- [7-Eleven](https://maps.app.goo.gl/tQsTVAiYYEnDmd2NA) four blocks up Pine Street away from Cal Anderson Park, on the corner of Pine, 16th and Madison. Open 24 hours.

## Supermarkets
Please check for available space in fridge/freezer before going on a supermarket run for cold stuff, unless you're immediately cooking/eating it up!

## Kitchen

We have a small variety of snacks at the space. Please don't take too much, since these snacks are shared by other members and are voluntarily refilled by others!
