If you have access to either colo-komo or colo-fmt2 (i.e., if you're in the list of NixOS infra admins), edit the file /etc/infra-notices.yaml in the following ways:

• quick error:

raw maintenance message here. this is automatically
treated as a string.

• full YAML:

Once the file is saved, all dma.space pages will start showing this notice on top. Since this lives entirely off-prem, it's a reliable fallback for sending out outage notices.
